IS THIS A CONFERENCE?
No. The Chiquel Retreat is designed to feel personal, experience-driven, and intimate — not like a traditional conference.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN MY TICKET?
Your ticket includes access to three days all retreat programming, curated education sessions, workshops, shared meals, and special experiences throughout the weekend.
DO I NEED TO BE INVITED TO ATTEND?
General and VIP tickets are available for public purchase while supplies last.
CAN I ATTEND ALONE?
Absolutely. Many guests attend on their own, and the retreat is designed to feel welcoming and supportive from the moment you arrive.
ARE TRAVEL AND ACCOMMODATIONS INCLUDED?
Travel and accommodations are not included. Registered guests will receive hotel booking information and preferred rates.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferable up to a specified date prior to the event. Full details will be provided upon registration.
DO I NEED TO STAY AT THE HOST HOTEL?
Staying at the host property is recommended for convenience and experience, but it is not required. Guests who stay onsite will have easy access to all retreat programming and events.
Will I be able to try on wigs at the retreat?
Yes. Guests may attend a dedicated try-on experience featuring a curated selection of styles and colors from trusted brands, offered in an intimate and supportive setting. Wigs are not available for purchase at the retreat; the try-on experience is designed to help you gain confidence and clarity so you can make informed choices when ordering after the retreat.
