I recently returned this item because I didn’t care for the color. In the first place, the wig was sent requiring my signature to be delivered, which has never happened before in my 30+ history ordering wigs, and caused me to have to go to the post office to get it. Then when I returned it I was informed only store credit was available and they refused to reimburse my credit card, unlike any of the other wig companies I’ve ordered from. Once I’ve used that credit, I’ll never order from Chaquel again.
