    Disappointment

    I ordered it online & when it arrived, it looked NOTHING like the picture on web site. I believe a customer might have returned it after trying to straighten it with heat as it was dry brittle & completely straight. The web site shows beautiful long curls & that was primary reason I ordered it. Also with my experience with Raquel Welch wigs I have since ordered, they are soft & luxurious. Returned it.
