All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore within 45 calendar days on receipt of delivery, you have two options in place for Regular Priced Items:

  1. Receive a Store Credit. Credits do not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time.  We will issue you a credit as soon as we receive the piece in the same condition it was sent out in. As an added incentive we will give you a credit of your original purchase value. Please note if a credit is given for a return, the next purchase using that store credit is considered final sale.
  2. Refund to original payment method. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved. No Restocking Fees!

Once the item is received in our facility, please allow up to five business days for an email confirmation of the refund status or credit process. We do not provide return labels or prepaid postage for returns.

If you would like to return your piece that you purchased during a Make An Offer, Sale or Promotion, you may choose the following option within 45 days on receipt of delivery:

Equal Purchase Value in Store Credit - We will provide you with a credit of your original purchase value. Your credit can be used for future orders at your discretion. Please note the next purchase using that store credit is considered final sale.

We ONLY provide a CREDIT on Best Offer, Promotional/ Discounted Sales and Clearance items.

We do NOT provide refunds On:

  • Promotions
  • Make An Offer
  • Clearance Items
  • Discounted Sales  

Please choose carefully as any orders using majority of  purchase value or full value in store credit /gift card will be classified as a final sale (no returns).

Products Eligible for Return Must Be: 

  • Must be returned by customer & received by Chiquel within 45 calendar days of original receipt of delivery to customer
  • Wigs, Hair Additions (Toppers) in original factory condition
  • Unworn, no brushing and scent free of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.
  • Unaltered (NO change in Factory Parting)
  • Tags attached (NOT Removed or Cut and Reattached)
  • In its original box, wrapping, net, etc. 

Products NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Care and Accessory Products, Liquids. Wig Stands and Headwear.
  • Items exceeding 45 calendar days of the return window on original receipt of delivery 
  • Items awarded during a giveaway
  • Items returned without tags attached as they were received
  • Items altered and or washed

Please Note:  We take internal quality controls very seriously and inspect every wig that is returned. Once we receive your return, please allow up to five business days to process the return. An exchange/credit will not be issued if any of the above is observed, and the piece will be sent back to the customer. 

Chiquel does not provide return labels, customers are responsible for returning each package in the same state as they were shipped in. Any refusal of package that requires a fee will be the responsibility of the customer.

Promotion/sale items cannot be in conjunction/combined with any other specials/discounts given. (I.E. Free Gift)

Promotional items (Free Gift) of a product being returned, must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.


PRE-ORDER
 POLICY

Pre-orders are purchased when an item is currently out of stock but the client would still like to secure an order as soon as it arrives back in stock. Pre-orders require full payment in advance. 

CANCELLATION or CHANGES

Cancellations are only available within 24 hours of order placement.

NO Cancellations or changes are accepted after this time period.

From time to time, Chiquel may refuse a return request if we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Chiquel to a corresponding counterclaim.
