This clamp does not have the appearance of being a brand new clamp, it has chips and scratches! I expected when I order a Jon Renau ( name brand) delux clap that it would come neatly boxed in a box identifying it is a Jon Renau !!! This clamp came loose in an old broken plain brown box. Absolutely nothing identifying this as what I ordered! IT Doesn’t even fit the Jon Renau wig head I have!!!!!!!
