Find them slipping all the time, do I need a larger size, do they come larger? I had a problem with my delivery, you solved it quickly, Thank you for your customer service.

It is a good product and it helps to control my bio hair and also to reduce wig itch by a lot. I recommend these caps and they can be used with the velcro band as well to help keep the wig centered correctly.

I placed my order Sep 2, 2022 and as of today, Oct 17 - six weeks later - I still have not received it. When I contacted Chiquel Canada, they tried to make it MY problem and wanted me to contact Canada Post. I had to be rude with Chiquel, and only then did THEY contact Canada Post. They did give me a bit of a refund as an apology, but they should have done better as far as customer service. And who knows if and when I’ll ever receive my order!!
