All the items we sell are in new and unworn condition. Therefore, within 12 days on receipt of delivery, you have two options in place for Regular Priced Items:

  1. Receive a Store Credit. Credits do not expire and you may apply it towards future purchases at any time.  We will issue you a credit as soon as we receive the piece in the same condition it was sent out in. As an added incentive we will give you a credit of 100% of your original purchase value. Please note if a credit is given for a return, the next purchase using that store credit is considered final sale.
  2. Refund to original payment method with a 10% restocking fee. Every item returned is carefully received, examined, and shipped back to our vendors with significant time and costs involved.

Once the item is received in our facility, allow up to 2-3 business days for an email confirmation of the refund status or credit process.

We ONLY provide a CREDIT on Promotional, Sales and Clearance items.

Promotion/sale items cannot be in conjunction/combined with any other specials/discounts given. (I.E. Free Gift)

We do NOT provide refunds On:

  • Promotions
  • Clearance Items
  • Discounted Sales  
  • Free Gift Promotions

If you would like to return your piece that you purchased during a sale or promotion, you may choose this option:

Equal Purchase Value in Store Credit - Your credit can be used for future orders at your discretion. 

Promotional items (Free Gift) of a product being returned, must also be sent back; otherwise retail value will be charged.

Please choose carefully as any orders using partial or full store credit /gift card will be classified as a final sale (no returns).

Products Eligible for Return Must Be: 

  • Returned within 12 calendar days of original receipt of delivery.
  • Wigs, Hair Additions (Toppers) in original factory condition
  • Unworn, no brushing and scent free of tobacco smoke, food odors, etc.
  • Unaltered (NO change in Factory Parting)
  • Tags attached (NOT Removed and Reattached)
  • In its original box, wrapping, net, etc. 

Products NOT Eligible for Return:

  • Extensions, Pony's, Buns, Bangs, Colour Rings/Swatches, Headwear (due to the nature of the product)
  • Care and Accessory Products, Liquids, Stands, etc. 
  • Costume Wigs / Fantasy Colour Wigs (FINAL SALE) 


Pre-orders are purchased when an item is currently out of stock but the client would still like to secure an order as soon as it arrives back in stock. Pre-orders require full payment in advance. A colour variant change is permitted within the waiting period of the item to arrive in stock.  Any cancellation on Pre-Orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee.


Cancellations are only available within 2 hours of order placement, a fee of $20 will be deducted for cancellation within this period. NO Cancellations or changes are accepted after this time period.

Please Note:  We take internal quality controls very seriously and inspect every wig that is returned. Once we receive your return, please allow two to three business days to process the return. An exchange/credit will not be issued if any of the above is observed. From time to time, Chiquel may refuse a return request if we find evidence of fraud, return abuse, or other manipulative behavior that entitles Chiquel to a corresponding counterclaim.
