Shapeless and poofy
Got this in the color English Toffee. When I initially pulled it out of the box I was super excited, the cut and shape while holding it was extremely promising. However as soon as I put it on (and I tried it on several times thinking I was doing something wrong with placement), I found it to be lumpy and shapeless. There is so much perma-tease in the crown, that it sits a good 1/2" off my scalp, making my head look like I'm smuggling something under the wig. At the hair line there is a large patch that seems to be missing knots, and when I was initially finger-combing this out, several strands were loose and fell to the ground. Very disappointed, as I had seen this previewed in a live sale and thought it looked gorgeous.
