It certainly does not look like the item pictured. I have not been able to style it at all. Fits more like a small than an average.

This was not the wig I received. The wig I received couldn't be styled like this because the hair and color were substandard. Refund policy holds your money hostage by only giving store credit, and you have to pay to send it back. Decided to cut my losses and approach these scams from a different avenue. Kept the wig as evidence of poor quality.
